We recommend drinking 25 ml aloe vera juice twice a day. You can either drink it on its own or mix it with water or fruit juice. Please shake the product before using it. After opening the product please use it up within 30 days and store it in a refrigerator. Keep away from children under 3 years. Do not drink more than what is recommended.
