Aloe vera drink

Application:
To maintain health, we recommend drinking 25-90ml of aloe vera juice daily on an empty stomach either pure, diluted with water or fruit juice, half an hour before eating.
Classic: with still water, possibly 1 squeeze of lemon and ice cubes
Fruity: mix with fruit juice
Tart: with freshly squeezed grapefruit, sweetened with honey
Savoury: with vegetable juice, seasoned with salt and pepper
Good mood drink: with carrot and pineapple juice
Wellness drink: with fruit juice and chia seeds
For children: Daily amount of 30ml in total.
Drinking cure: 3x30ml daily before eating for the duration of min. 3 months
